Teresa Elder is WOW!’s chief executive officer, leading the cable company as it delights customers by providing one of the fastest Internet services and best-in-class customer service.

Teresa has more than 20 years of experience growing companies into billion-dollar enterprises, while building strong teams with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. She is a veteran of the telecom, wireless and cable industries, having led some of the world’s top companies, including Clearwire (now Sprint), Vodafone Ireland, AT&T Broadband (now Comcast), MediaOne, and US WEST. 

Teresa is committed to her community and to improving the quality of life for others. She serves on multiple boards, including as a member of C-SPAN’s board of directors and as a trustee for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 

She has been a Stanford University Graduate School of Business board member since 2012 and was the chair from 2016 – 2018. She was also a member of the Board of Advisors of the university’s MSx Program and Steering Committee to Stanford Women on Boards.

Rich joined the WOW! team in January 2013 as chief financial officer bringing more than 20 years of experience in various financial, operational and business development leadership positions in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to joining WOW!, Rich served as the executive vice president & chief financial officer at ITC^DeltaCom where he was responsible for all finance, accounting and treasury related functions. Prior to ITC^DeltaCom, Rich was the CFO at ICG Communications and served in various financial and operating leadership positions with AT&T and Teleport Communications Group.

Rich began his career with Arthur Andersen, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As chief marketing & sales officer, Nancy has overall responsibility for all marketing and sales initiatives and activities at WOW!.

Nancy has more than 25 years of experience guiding and motivating teams to serve customers and develop new markets and products in the telecom, cable and entertainment sectors. She held marketing and sales leadership positions at MediaOne, AT&T Broadband, Adelphia Communications and Starz Entertainment.  

Nancy holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration from the University of Denver. She has served as an adjunct faculty member and Advisory Board member at the Daniels College of Business.

As chief customer experience officer, Don Schena has responsibility for WOW!’s strategy and vision for all customer-facing functions.

Don has more than 25 years of senior-level experience in the telecommunications industry, having previously served as senior vice president at Clearwire, Comcast, AT&T and MediaOne. In his roles at Comcast and AT&T, he oversaw up to 5,000 employees and more than 2 million customers. In addition, he  served as chief operating officer at Simple Star where he led strategy execution and managed finance, human resources, customer care, business development and partner management functions. 

Don brings to WOW! an impressive track record of building and managing customer relationships and delivering advanced products and services to customers.

Bill was named WOW!’s chief information officer in September 2019, with responsibility for transforming the company’s approach to technology, IT, and project management. In addition, he leads the Technology Transformation Team at WOW!, which supports complex IT projects required to move the company forward.

Bill is an entrepreneurial executive with more than 25 years of human resources, operations and business development experience. Before joining WOW! as senior vice president in 2018, he served as managing partner of Wheelhouse Consulting Group. His experience also includes executive leadership  roles with AT&T Broadband, AON Hewitt, TTEC, ProNerve, and Cochlear.

Bill has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing and a master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado, Boulder.  He also holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois.

General Counsel

As general counsel and secretary for WOW!, Craig is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs. Craig has provided legal services to the cable industry throughout the nation for more than 20 years. Before joining WOW!’s in 2000, he led the cable and telecommunications practice group of Howard & Howard Attorneys, PC. 

Craig received his B.A. from Amherst College, an M.Sc. from Trinity College, Dublin, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.

As chief human resources officer for WOW!, David brings more than 30 years of experience transforming HR functions to be strategic drivers for business performance through top talent who are valued, well trained, and recognized for the work they do to make organizations thrive. He is a veteran of the telecom, wireless and cable industries, having been the top HR executive in organizations such as MediaOne (now Comcast) and Adelphia (now Comcast and Time Warner).

David attended the University of Colorado where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Development. David also received a Doctor of Behavioral Health degree from Arizona State University. 

David is committed to his community, with a focus on improving the mental health of people in Colorado. He is an active volunteer and former board member for Maria Droste Counseling, a community mental health agency in Denver.
