Teresa Elder is WOW!’s chief executive officer, leading the cable company as it delights customer providing one of the fastest Internet services and best-in-class customer service.
Teresa has more than 20 years of growing companies into billion-dollar enterprises, while building strong teams with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. She is a veteran of the telecom, wireless and cable industries, having led some of the world’s top companies in the U.S. and Europe, including Vodafone Ireland, Clearwire (now Sprint), AT&T Broadband (now Comcast), and AirTouch (now Verizon).
Teresa is committed to her community and to improving the quality of life for others. She serves on multiple boards, including as a trustee for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and as a member of the board of advisors for the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University.
She has been a Stanford University Graduate School of Business board member since 2012 and was the chair from 2016 – 2018. She was also a member of the university’s Task Force on Gender Diversity, the Subcommittee on Education Technology and provided input to the university’s long-range plan.

Rich joined the WOW! team in January 2013 as Chief Financial Officer and brings almost 20 years experience in various financial, operational and business development leadership positions in the telecommunications industry to WOW!.
Prior to joining WOW!, Rich served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at ITC^DeltaCom where he was responsible for all finance, accounting and treasury related functions. Prior to ITC^DeltaCom, Rich was the Chief Financial Officer at ICG Communications and served in various financial and operating leadership positions with AT&T and Teleport Communications Group.
Rich began his career with Arthur Andersen, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, Nancy McGee has overall responsibility for all marketing and sales initiatives and activities at WOW!.
Nancy has over 25 years experience guiding and motivating teams to serve customers and develop new markets and products in the telecom, cable and entertainment sectors. She held marketing leadership positions at MediaOne, AT&T Broadband, Adelphia Communications and Starz Entertainment.
Nancy has BSBA and MBA degrees from the University of Denver. She is an adjunct faculty member and has taught graduate marketing courses in their MBA and MS Marketing programs and she serves on the Marketing Executive Advisory Board.
Nancy is also on the board at Maria Droste Counseling Center, which provides mental health counseling and support services to kids and families from low-income households.

As chief customer experience officer, Don Schena has responsibility for WOW!’s strategy and vision for all customer-facing functions.
Schena has more than 20 years of senior-level experience in the telecommunications industry, having previously served as senior vice president at Clearwire, Comcast, AT&T and MediaOne. In addition, Schena served as chief operating officer at Simple Star where he led strategy execution and managed finance, human resources, customer care, business development and partner management functions. Schena brings an impressive track record of building and managing customer relationships and delivering advanced products and services to customers in his previous roles

Matt Bell is WOW!’s Chief Technology Officer. He oversees all aspects of WOW!’s residential and business products. Matt drives the development of the WOW! technology roadmap to fulfill WOW!’s mission to provide best-in-class products and services that matter most to our customers.
Matt has more than 20 years of telecommunications industry experience with an established track record of delivering on business operations objectives and he has led numerous successful transformations of complex business systems that built employee talent, drove customer growth and enhanced shareholder value.
Matt has previously served in leadership roles at Charter Communications, Adelphia Communications, Motorola Mobility, Sarepta Advisors and Teambell Consulting, where he has held key leadership roles in product development, strategy, engineering and IP infrastructure, network operations, information technology and software development.

As General Counsel and Secretary for WOW!, Craig is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs. Craig has provided legal services to the cable industry throughout the nation for almost twenty years. His services range from franchise relationships to local, state (public utility commission), and federal (FCC) regulatory compliance. His professional background also includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and securities law.
Prior to joining WOW!, Craig served for over ten years as the Chief Operating Officer of a law firm with over 100 attorneys.His responsibilities there included strategic planning, financial budgeting, reporting and analysis, marketing of legal services, recruitment of attorneys and staff, and all aspects of human resources.
Craig received his B.A. from Amherst College, where he graduated cum laude, and M.Sc. from Trinity College, Dublin, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, where he was an editor of the Notre Dame Law Review.

As Chief Human Resources Officer for WOW!, David brings over 30 years of experience transforming Human Resources functions to be strategic drivers for business performance through top talent who are valued, well trained, and recognized for the work they do to make an organization thrive. He is a veteran of the telecom, wireless and cable industries, having been the top HR executive in organizations like MediaOne (now Comcast) and Adelphia (now Comcast and Time Warner).
David attended the University of Colorado where he earned a Bachelor degree in Business and a Master degree in Management and Organizational Development. David also received a Doctor of Behavioral Health degree from Arizona State University.
David is committed to his community, with a focus on improving mental health of people in Colorado. He serves on the board of directors of Maria Droste Counseling, a mental health agency in Denver.
