Text Box: Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your purchase and your trust in me with the very important task of creating you an unbeatable résumé. Please click on the resume image below for the background information request form and save it to your computer. From there you can open it in MS Word and fill it out, save it and submit it to proresumedesigns@wowway.com. If you experience any difficulties with the Word 2003 Version of the form, please click on the HTML Version, copy & paste it into an email, fill it in and send it to the email address indicated. A resume should have 10 years of job experience listed unless applying for a C.E.O. position or the like and then it would be 15 years of experience so if necessary feel free to attach a separate sheet to your email. If you simply do not have that much experience that is fine as well, just send what you have. Please attach a copy of your current resume as well. It will be used for informational purposes only, unless you have purchased strictly an edit of your current résumé. You will receive your rough draft within 48 hours of submission. You will receive two formats with the final draft being received within 72 hours. If you also chose the option of having a hard copy and/or CD, it will be mailed to you upon approval of the final draft. There is a 2 day handling time. I use 2-5 day 1st class mail to get your documents to you. I make every effort to get your documents to you as quickly as possible but I would ask that you please understand, once I have placed you package in the hands of the Postal Service I cannot control how quickly they deliver it. Please be available to check your email at least twice a day to answer any questions I may have. We will collaborate on this project to get you a winning resume and on the right path to getting the job you want. Also, as an aside, I would ask that you please leave feedback upon delivery of your résumé as so many people do not bother and it truly is detrimental to building and maintaining my eBay reputation. If after receiving your final draft you feel that you cannot honestly leave me a 5 star rating then I have not done my job correctly. Please let me know of any issues you may have prior to leaving feedback so that we can resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner so that I may earn those 5 stars from you.
