At User Friendly Computers of Royal Oak, Michigan we can

Please call the service number below to request a repair consultation on your PC. Many minor repairs and upgrades can be performed right in your home, or business. This saves you the bother of having to unplug all of the cables and accessories from your PC and haul it in and then wait for repairs.
Available most evenings and weekends. Yes, even on Sundays (by prior appointment please).
Current Service Rates: No travel charge for on-site calls within a 10 mile radius of Royal Oak, Michigan. A $10.00 mileage fee applies on all on-site calls that are located between 11 and 20 miles from Royal Oak. If you are located more than 20 miles from Royal Oak, please call for a travel charge estimate. Our current on-site 2008 labor rate is $50.00 the first hour, $35.00/hour thereafter. There is a $50.00 minimum charge per onsite service call. If you bring your computer to us, our labor rate is $30.00/hour, with a $30.00 minimum charge. Please feel free to cal for an estimate. Rates are subject to change without notice.

business hours are: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
Monday through Saturday. Closed
on Sundays and all major USA holidays. Emergency calls maybe
performed outside normal hours via appointment.
*Note: If you have accidentally deleted, or lost data that you need. Please shut down and unplug your computer, then call us ASAP. Do not restart your computer. Restarting the computer could over-write the data you wish to recover on the hard drive and make any further data recovery impossible.
**Please note: Laptop repairs are limted to software, operating systems, memory upgrades, chargers and hard drive replacements. For other problems please call.
