• Maintenance and replacement of WOW! equipment due to customer caused malfunction/accidental
damage to WOW! equipment
• Upgrade installation if you add another WOW! line of business

• Installation or relocation of additional outlets
• Voluntary equipment exchanges
• Repair or connection of customer owned equipment including TVs, DVD players, etc. and other issues not related to the WOW! network

The Internet, cable and telephone wires running through your home’s walls, crawl spaces and conduits make up its inside wiring. It starts at the outside entry point to the television, cable modem, or any other equipment that is used to receive WOW! services.
The inside wiring is the property of the home owner and therefore is their responsibility for maintenance and repair. For customers subscribing to the WOW! Service Protection Plan, WOW! will maintain and repair the home’s inside wiring.
