We want to make sure your experience with WOW! lives up to our name. That's why WOW! Internet, Cable TV and Phone come with a variety of customization options.
 Personalize your online experience with WOW! Internet.
With just a few clicks of your mouse, you can rearrange your WOW! Homepage and choose the content you want to see. Choose from 45 topics including horoscopes, entertainment, news, maps and more.
How to personalize your WOW! Homepage:
- Log in to your WOW! account
- Click on "+ Add Content" at the top of the page
- Choose the content you want
- Click Finish
Add the WOW! Toolbar to your browser to get one-click buttons that make getting to your favorite websites a breeze. Set up buttons for weather forecasts, TV listings, maps, news and more.
How to personalize your WOW! Toolbar:
- Log in to your WOW! account
- Click on "Account Manager" at the top of the page
- Download the WOW! Toolbar under "Customize Your WOW! Homepage"
- On the Toolbar go to "Options" to select the links you want or create custom buttons
- Click save
You can personalize your WOW! Email account too! Log in to your WOW! Email and click on the "Preferences" tab to:
- Add a signature to your messages
- Change the theme if you want a different background color
- Set up an auto-reply message if you are unavailable and much more
Want to change the level of SPAM control on your email? Just select the SPAM Settings WebApp on the sidebar and choose your preferred level of control.
 Take control of your WOW! Cable TV with easy-to-use settings.
Want to hop, skip and jump to your favorite cable TV channels? Block a few channels altogether? No problem! Just press the "Settings" button on your WOW! Digital Cable remote control and scroll to "Favorites." From there, you can select your favorite channels from the available channels menu. Doing so enables you to flip from favorite channel to favorite channel without having to spend time scanning through everything in between.
With the "Settings" button, you can also set up parental controls to block specific channels, times of day, or specific shows according to their ratings. For more detailed instructions see the Favorites and Parental Control sections of the Cable Reference Guide.
 Easy management of your WOW! Phone features.
You can easily manage your WOW! Phone features with your phone handset, turning them on or off to meet your needs:
- Turn Call Waiting off to avoid interruptions during important calls by dialing *70 before you dial the phone number you are trying to reach.
- Activate your Call Forwarding by dialing *72 and then dial the phone number you want to forward your calls to. To deactivate, just press *73.
- Block your Caller ID on outbound calls by dialing *67 before your call.
- Stop receiving calls from unidentified callers with Anonymous Call Rejection. Activate this feature by dialing *77 and deactivate it by dialing *87.
