WOW! Receives Third J.D. Power and Associates Award in 2009 with the
2009 Residential High Speed Internet Customer Satisfaction Study for the North Central Region
Englewood, CO – October 28, 2009 – WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone announced today that it has received its third Customer Satisfaction award in 2009 from J.D. Power and Associates. For the second year in a row, WOW! ranks highest in customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Internet Service Provider Residential Customer Satisfaction StudySM for the North Central Region. Earlier, WOW! was recognized for highest customer satisfaction in the 2009 Residential Telephone and the 2009 Residential Cable/Satellite Television studies. This year, WOW! is the only provider to be recognized in the same region across these three Telecom studies by J.D. Power and Associates.

In the 2009 study, WOW! Internet ranks highest in all five factors driving customer satisfaction in the North Central Region: Performance and Reliability, Cost of Service, Customer Service, Billing, and Offerings and Promotions. The study surveyed customers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin and includes twelve providers in the North Central region. WOW! scored 81 points higher than the North Central average for overall satisfaction.
