1. Received a notice from WOW! on Monday that my old DOCSIS 1.0 modem was no longer going to be supported. 2. Researched modems, found the one I wanted and bought it. 3. Modem arrived Wednesday. 4. 5 minutes to unpack and connect. 5. Made one one call to support to provide them the new MAC address and bang I am operational. Cheyenne was knowledgeable, helpful, and polite even when I goofed up the MAC address. Simply the best; no "ifs", " ands", or "buts"!
