Mike, my tech, basically saved me from jumping ship. I was getting really mad with my net dropping out, new box 2 weeks ago and worked for a few days and started again. He searched and hustled to find the issue cause I explained I was fed up. He went over the top showing me the issue and explained how his meter works to prove it to me. Which is a task since I'm a double amputee, he positioned himself oddly to make sure I could see well. Been a customer 8 of last 10 years. I'll stay cause he wanted me to stay a WOW! customer and worked to make it right.
