I had been having trouble with my internet access ever since I sent my laptop to HP for an unrelated problem. I called WOW! and was lucky enough to be connected to Christopher and he very patiently walked me through several tests. When I told him I had recently had the computer serviced, he did further testing and concluded, correctly, that my wireless card had been disabled, enabling a simple fix. I was thrilled that I didn't have to send my laptop in to HP repair again and was able to go back online right away. Chris went above and beyond in diagnosing my problem, which actually had nothing to do with my WOW! service, and saved me a great deal of hassle. Thanks so much!
