Once again, WOW! has come through with an understanding, thoughtful Customer Service department and I have to mention Mitzi and Shawna for their help. In our area here in southeastern Michigan, since WOW! took over the old Americast, ownership stated that they would focus on customer service as the top priority and that has been my experience since day one. Tell your friends about the service , we can help WOW! expand in hope that they can live up to the statement made a few years back in a two page statement in the local News and Free Press that they will remain committed to investing in a quality product and let the customer service do all the advertising. When anybody asks , "Who is your cable provider?", all I can say is WOW!
