Hello. Recently, due to budget concerns, my husband and I were searching out new options for cable, internet and phone. We thought we had found a deal, only to end up on the phone for over 4 hours due to a mistake the other company had made. At my wits end, I decided to call WOW! and see if there was anything they could do to work within my budget. Calling at 6:30 pm on a Monday, during the "polar vortex" was a shot in the dark, but I found a light at the end of the tunnel with Richard. Richard took the time to listen with the intent to hear, laughed with me about the frigid temperatures, and in less than a half an hour, had worked magic and came in under budget with my monthly bundle. Thank you WOW!, for taking care of your employees so that they take care of people like me, who simply needed someone to hear me. Thank you Richard, for your kindness, sense of humor, and your patience - you are awesome! In the "Wizard of Oz," Dorothy realizes at the end that she didn't have to go further than her own backyard to find something better. I now know that I didn't have to look further than my current provider - WOW!
