Yesterday, Brian and Tom came to my home to upgrade my service to Ultra TV. They were right on time, and put on "booties" every time they entered my home to protect my carpeting and floors! They were both knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. When they left, all was well, until a bit later when I discovered my phones were all dead! I contacted Tom, and he said he would send Brian right over. When Brian arrived, he discovered that my phones had been disconnected
due to a miscommunication with my sales rep. Brian did his best to get my service back on so I wouldn't lose my phone number which I have had for a number of years. It took a couple of hours, and Brian leaving and coming back a third time (after business hours I might add), but finally he got everything back to normal. I can't thank him enough!
