Once you have connected all your Digital Adapters to your TVs, you will need to activate them in order to begin receiving channels. Click here to activate your Digital Adapter(s) or call 1-888-268-5872. If you're a WOW! Business customer, please call 1-800-510-1110. Please have your WOW! account number or your WOW! username and password available.

All Digital Adapters should be connected prior to activation. After you activate your adapters, it could take up to 45 minutes to receive complete functionality.

If you have an Analog Receiver:

To block channels (enable):

1. Press Guide.
2. Use the Arrow keys on your remote to highlight the channel you wish to block.
3. Press the 'Yellow Triangle' button.
4. Enter your Parental Control PIN (default is 32154).
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add additional channels.
6. Press Menu to return to TV.

To view a blocked channel:

1. Tune to the blocked channel.
2. Press Select.
3. Enter your Parental Control PIN (default is 32154).
4. All blocked channels can now be watched until the receiver is turned off.

To unblock a channel:

1. Press Guide.
2. Use the Arrow keys to highlight the locked channel.
3. Press the 'Yellow Triangle' button.
4. Enter your Parental Control PIN (default is 32154).
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to unlock other channels.

If you have a HD, DVR or Digital Receiver:

For customers in Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio :

1. Press the Settings button once.
2. Press the Up or Down arrow buttons to highlight "Turn On/Off Parental Control".
3. Press Select to change the setting to "On" or "Off".
4. Enter your Parental Control PIN (default is 3215).

For Customers in Evansville:

1. Press the Settings button once.
2. Press the 'Yellow Triangle' button for more settings.
3. Use the Up or Down arrows to highlight "Parental Control".
4. Press Select.
5. Highlight "Enable" or "Disable".
6. Press Select.
7. Enter your Parental Control PIN (default is 3215).
8. Press the 'Yellow Triangle' button for OK.
9. Press Exit.

To correct this, try resetting your cable box by unplugging it from electricity for 1 minute. After plugging it back in, wait for the time to display before turning the box back on (this may take 2-3 minutes). If this does not correct the issue, please note any error codes, and contact Customer Service at 1-866-496-9669.

The remote may need to be reprogrammed for your specific television set. Instructions for programming most WOW! Remotes are available here. If your remote is not listed, or if you need assistance, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-496-9669.

Newer HD television sets have many input options. More than likely, your TV is simply on the wrong input to receive the signal from our cable box. Make sure your WOW! cable box is powered on, and use your TV remote to change inputs (for most HDTVs you will want to be on Component 1 or Component 2).

Check the cable connection at the wall and the back of the cable box or TV. If the cable is securely connected and the picture quality does not improve, please contact customer service at 1-866-496-9669.
